Resource guide
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is arranged per order, together with the packing and documentation that the destination market needs. This page explains what we confirm and when, so nothing is assumed before the order is placed.
How shipping is arranged
Before production starts we confirm the shipping method, the trade term and the receiving port with you, based on the order size and the destination. Freight is quoted with the order and is not published on this site.
Schedules and lead time
Production and transit schedules are confirmed per order once quantities and print are fixed. We do not publish a fixed lead time, because it depends on the specification, the print run and the season.
Packing and cartons
Inner packing, retail cartons, insert cards and master carton marks are agreed with the order confirmation. Palletising and container loading are planned once the carton count is known.
Documentation
The documents your market requires are confirmed before dispatch, and we tell you what we can supply for the specification at hand. Anything we cannot confirm is raised before the order is placed.
Confirm the details for your order
Include the product family, your expected quantity, the sizes you need, whether you need printed logo, whether retail packaging is required, and the country you sell into. That is enough for us to come back with a workable answer.
