Prepare the application, bag dimensions, estimated quantity and printing requirements. These answers explain what to provide and which details need project-specific confirmation.
The minimum order quantity is confirmed for the bag type, dimensions, printing and finishing requirements. Non-standard dimensions may involve separate setup, so the MOQ needs to be discussed for the specific specification.
For an enquiry, provide the bag width and length with units, the required structure, estimated quantity, and any logo, text or graphic printing. Include changes to film thickness, valves or closures so the feasible configuration, setup requirements and MOQ can be reviewed together.
Provide print-ready vector artwork for the logo, text or graphics. State the final print dimensions, placement, number of colours, and whether the design covers part or all of the print area. These details help define the layout and printing requirements.
Reference images can explain the intended design, but they do not replace print-ready artwork. If the file is still being prepared, describe the content and approximate placement first. File suitability, layout, setup charges and minimum quantity must be confirmed against the final artwork.
Send the application, dimensions, estimated quantity and custom requirements first. Any setup requirements, sample configuration, sample fees and sampling schedule need to be discussed once those details are clear. The arrangements are specific to the selected project.
Include any planned delivery date or date when the bags will be needed. Confirm the sampling schedule and order lead time separately; a sample date should not be treated as the delivery date for the full order. Order lead time depends on the final specification, quantity and actual production arrangements.
List the quantity per pack, carton requirements, label content, destination market and delivery location. If bags are required with a pump or accessories, provide the contents of each set rather than only the total number of bags. The final combination must be confirmed for the project.
Include any packing format or label requirements specified by your sales channel or customer, with a reference where available. Packing quantities, labels and accessories are reviewed with the final bag configuration and quantity; shipping arrangements and charges are confirmed for the order.
Add the application, dimensions, estimated quantity and printing requirements. Prepare and review the draft before choosing a contact.
MOQ, setup charges, sample fees, lead time, packaging and shipping are confirmed for the project.
